We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, our room was lovely and clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two superbly appointed restaurants to choose from. The breakfast provided was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just outside the busy area but still easily accessible by bus or taxi. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a pretty area of Benidorm named La Cala, it offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The service at this hotel is top-notch, with the staff being an absolute pleasure to talk to. In particular, Valeria and Kevin at the bar went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable by providing excellent service and engaging in great conversation. The room was kept impeccably clean, thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff. The hotel also offers a range of amenities such as a spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. I stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic! The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful area of town near the beach. It was really nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and even a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also had a wide range of facilities, including a spa, swimming pool, and entertainment options. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was in a great location, with a viewing gallery that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. It was close to everything, making it convenient to explore the attractions nearby. I was happy to have a shop nearby for any necessities. The hotel was also in a good location, close to the beach but away from the busy city center. The room had a spacious bathroom and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the view from the room was impressive.
One negative aspect was the lack of organization in the restaurant, as there were instances where people had to shout to get a table, which disrupted the dining experience.
